Andrew Young has over 35 years’ experience in the building trade and has built in excess of 1,000 houses, varying from one bedroom starter homes, to five bedroom luxury houses, to various offices and public buildings. Andrew is the main customer contact for all jobs, ensuring the smooth operation and management of all works undertaken. Liaising with other professionals and suppliers, he ensures that every job is thoroughly prepared and planned for, organised and monitored for a smooth customer experience. Andrew works with the Finance Director and his team to get the most competitive prices from suppliers; develop schedules of work that ensure the most cost effective and time efficient use of tradesmen, and personally monitors the quality of work at all stages of project completion. This attention to detail means that we can pass these savings directly to the customer. Andrew is highly respected in the industry, sitting on various industry advisory panels
Dr Julie Young
Director of Finance, Health &Safety, Marketing and Training
A major aspect of Julie's role has been to develop the training and professional development profile of the company, resulting in our tradesmen qualifying and expanding their skills and knowledge through individual Continuous Professional Development programmes. We have always been committed to training our next generation and regularly take on apprentices. Health & Safety is of great importance to us and Julie has implemented an extensive Health and Safety system that is tailored to every new job. All staff have regular Health & Safety updates and training to ensure that the safety of customers, the workforce and the public are at the forefront of all our work.
